Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Spirit Sense account and all associated data.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including saved spirits, personal notes, ratings, and usage history, will be permanently deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Profile information: Email, display name, avatar
Collection data: Saved spirits, personal notes, ratings
Usage history: Photo scans and profile lookup counts
Subscription information: Subscription status and history
Account credentials: Your login access will be revoked

How to Delete Your Account

1Delete In-App (Recommended)

If you still have the Spirit Sense app installed:

Open the Spirit Sense app
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Tap Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion

Your account will be deleted immediately and you'll be signed out.

2Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to request deletion:

Include in your email:

The email address you used to sign in to Spirit Sense
Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

We'll process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once complete.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel separately:

Google Play: Open Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Spirit Sense → Cancel
App Store: Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Spirit Sense → Cancel

Or use the in-app Manage Subscription option in Settings before deleting your account.
